From beer brewing in ancient Babylonia to fruit fermentation in Greece, consuming fermented food is nothing new, especially to the members of this community. My question is how are you applying this knowledge? Any insights, tips or practices that you've found effective? Please share!
Here's my hot take on it - the only vegetables and dairy most people should consume is fermented for the probiotics.
There's nothing vital in regular veggies & dairy that you can't get from fruit & meat.
Veggies: kimchi, saurkraut, torshi
Dairy: kefir, skyr, greek yogurt, cheese
