I love spicy food but my stomach can't digest it. Anyone else feel my pain? Did some research online and I think it's quite an interesting topic - Spicy food can be good and bad for gut health. Spicy foods contain capsaicin, which stimulates digestion and may have anti-inflammatory properties. However, consuming too much spicy food can irritate the gastrointestinal tract and exacerbate symptoms of certain conditions like IBS and Crohn's disease. https://www.uchicagomedic..
